I am the Culinary Arts teacher at the Greater Johnstown High School in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, beginning the program in August 2003. Experience: My food service experience stated at the age of 15. My work experiences include busboy, waiter/server, dishwasher, prep cook, cook, line chef, sauté chef, assistant manager, general manager, and food service director in addition to my experience teaching. My levels of experience in the industry have included all service types from Fine Dining to Diners.
